We are a non-emergency medical transportation service devoted to supporting private-pay individuals throughout Ohio. While we do not cross state lines, we go the distance to ensure every passenger feels valued, safe, and respected.
We understand that paying out of pocket can be a challenge. That’s why we work to keep our rates lower than most competitors—without compromising the quality of care or service. Whether you're traveling a short or long distance, we are here to help you get where you need to go, affordably and compassionately.
If you have health insurance coverage, please check the back of your insurance card for the member services phone number. Contact them directly to ask if transportation is covered under your plan. If eligible, they can help you schedule your ride at no additional cost.
We provide transportation to and from home, rehab centers, dialysis, chemotherapy, pharmacies, adult day care centers, hospitals, emergency room discharges, and even the airport. We’re also available on select Saturdays for special occasions such as weddings, funerals, and family reunions — because we believe in supporting your life, not just your appointments.
For passengers needing extra support, bariatric transportation is available. We offer 34” wheelchairs, lift ramps that accommodate up to 800 lbs., and additional crew members when needed — ensuring a ride that’s safe, supported, and stress-free.
