We understand that stepping into a vehicle with someone you don’t know can feel a little uneasy — for both clients and their families. Don’t worry — we’re here to make that first experience (and every ride after) as comfortable and reassuring as possible.
Our 1st Class Top Choice drivers are professional, trusted, and trained to provide a safe, smooth, and respectful ride. That said, we believe the best experience comes from teamwork. Please follow these helpful guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey for everyone involved.

✅ Be On Time
Your driver has carefully planned their route to arrive on schedule. Please be ready when they arrive. If you are running behind or experiencing a delay, contact our dispatch team as soon as possible. Early notice helps us adjust and minimize disruptions for you and other riders.

✅ Be Respectful
Whether you're riding alone or sharing the vehicle with a personal care assistant or other passengers, please treat everyone — including your driver — with kindness and courtesy.

Our drivers take great care in maintaining a clean and sanitary vehicle. Please help keep the environment pleasant for everyone by respecting that cleanliness.

Each ride includes detailed pick-up and drop-off instructions. We strongly encourage you to review these details in advance.
Need to make a change? Contact us before your scheduled ride. Last-minute changes may affect your transportation and others.

✅ Stay Updated
Once your ride is scheduled, you’ll receive a reminder via text and phone call the day before your appointment. Please ensure:
• Your home and destination addresses are accurate
• Your phone number is current and reachable
Incorrect or outdated information can lead to delays or cancellations.

🚫 Prohibited Items & Conduct
To protect everyone’s safety, the following are strictly prohibited on all rides:
• Weapons
• Smoking
• Alcohol or drugs
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Asking to be dropped off at a unscheduled location
1st Class Top Choice Senior Transit has zero tolerance policy for weapons, smoking, drugs, alcohol and mobile device usage or soliciting at anytime. This policy applies to all staff as well as the passengers.
All our vehicles are marked with company logo decals and the driver will be wearing our company logo shirt. Automize scheduling makes sure you in the right vehicle.
Remember!
The driver picks you up and drop you off at home at your doorstep. We DO NOT enter your home. You will receive an appointment reminder call the night before, morning of and when we are on the way to pick you up.
The driver picks you up and drop you off at the desk of the department where your appointment is at, and make sure you are signed in. Return cards are available.
The driver will click the confirmed rider button within the Driver APP and dispatch will receive an alert notification indicating that the client has been dropped-off and when they have been picked up. From there are dispatcher can watch the drive from start to finish via the geo-tracking map.
In the case of an accident, the drivers are instructed to pull to the side of the road and call the authorities, emergency responders (as necessary), and our live dispatcher support team.
We will contact family immediately to let them know what happened and next steps. A snap shot is immediately sent to our dispatcher. Our dispatch software keeps us on top of everything!
1st Class Top Choice Senior Transit is required by law to accommodate service animals and make other reasonable accommodations for passengers with special needs.
Out of courtesy to the driver and future riders, we do not allow animals except service animals, who are always welcome passengers.
